Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team at the earliest with your order details and reason for cancellation.
Cancellation requests will only be accepted if the order has not been packed, processed, or dispatched from our facility.
While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, Nawabi reserves the right to decline cancellation requests for orders that are already ready for shipment or have been dispatched.
In such cases, customers may refer to our Return Policy, subject to eligibility conditions.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer, wherever applicable
- Refund processing may take approximately 7 working days
- Any applicable payment gateway charges, COD charges, or express shipping fees may be non-refundable
Important Notes
- Orders placed during promotional campaigns, or customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation
- Nawabi reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be informed and eligible refunds will be processed accordingly
