  • Metro cities may receive orders faster compared to remote areas
  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier partner operations or unforeseen circumstances

International Shipping

  • International delivery timelines may vary based on destination country, customs clearance, and courier availability
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in their country

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    • Express delivery
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Damaged Package During Delivery

If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery:

  • Customers are advised to refuse acceptance of the package
  • Please contact our support team immediately with relevant images or videos

For missing or incorrect products, an unboxing video may be required for verification purposes.
