Eligibility for Return 

Products are eligible for return only if:

The request is raised within 7 days from the date of order delivered at your end

The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

The item is returned in its original condition

Nawabi reserves the right to reject returns if the product does not meet the above conditions.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed through Bank Transfer or the original payment method, wherever applicable

Refund processing may take 7 working days after the product passes quality inspection

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Express or priority shipping charges
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) handling charges
  • Any convenience or payment gateway charges, if applicable
  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We request customers to inspect their order upon delivery.

In case of damaged packaging:

Customers may refuse to accept the shipment if the outer packaging appears tampered with or severely damaged

For missing, defective, or incorrect products:

An unboxing video is mandatory for verification

Clear images/videos showing the issue must be shared with our support team within 48 hours of delivery

Without proper proof, Nawabi may not be able to process the claim.
